Winter Wonderland
Announced on December 12th and released on December 14th, this brought the new Ice Skating minigame to the Minehut lobby! It also introduced the Present tag that users could receive by completing the Scavenger Hunt for gifts in the lobby and completing the Ice SKating. This also introduced a brand new holiday-themed lobby parkour.
Time Limit Increased
We're bumping the time limit from 2 hours up to 4 hours. We've also fixed a bug that was causing time limits to not properly reset if you were playing during the reset. This should release later today.
Free Server Icons and Faster Refresh
We're making server icons more accessible by significantly reducing prices and updating the list refresh to every 8 hours. This should release this week.
New price by rarity:
- Common: Free
- Uncommon: 50 Credits
- Rare: 100 Credits
- Epic: 150 Credits
Random Server Improvements
We've made some improvements to random servers so that you will more reliably actually join a server. We now will only connect you to a server if the server is not full and there is no whitelist enabled.
Downtime tomorrow
We will have about 1 hour of downtime tomorrow so we can update to the most recent version of Minecraft.
