Community Support

When you need help with anything Minehut or Minecraft related, you can ask the community first for help. You can do this on either the Minehut Discord in the #ask-for-help channel or the Help Category on Forums.

For any Skript related help, use the #skript-chat channel on the Discord or the Skript Category on the forums.

Official Support

To get official support from Minehut, you can create a support ticket on the Minehut Support Form, Minehut Zendesk Page or by emailing [email protected]. These support tickets are read and answered by jamieisthebest and Puremin0rez who are the Support Agents.

Tickets are used to create player and server reports and appeals, to get help with Minehut server issues, billing related issues, and much more. It is usually recommended to use Community Support first before making a Support Ticket for regular server issues.

All tickets will receive a response within 1-2 business days. If you submit your ticket on the weekend, it will not receive a response until business hours resume with a longer delay. Tickets submitted during business hours will typically see a response within the same day. Minehut business hours are Monday to Friday from 8AM to 8PM EST.

When submitting a ticket, please use the account and/or email address that owns the server, otherwise they will be unable to assist with your issue. All ticket responses will be sent to your email address inbox.
