Kailum

Originally joined somewhere in 2015, Kailum is a former Minehut Senior Moderator and current Minehut Volunteer Moderator. Since Minehut added kingdoms in 2015, Kailum has been an active member of the community.
Pre-Staff Team
Prior to joining the staff team, Kailum was an active member of the community. His first moderation and management experience was from Minehut player servers, which gave him skills that would help him on the Minehut staff team. One of these servers were owned by KungFuKirky, a fellow member of Minehut's community who would be handpicked for Minehut's staff team in 2016.
What led to his initial interest of joining the Minehut staff team, was when his at the time friend KungFuKirky joined Minehut's staff team. When Luuke opened Minehut staff applications in 2016, Kailum was excited because he finally had an opportunity of joining Minehut's staff team. Unfortunately, this came to no avail as he was not given a response. However, Kailum did not give up as through 2016-2019, Kailum kept trying until 2019 when he was finally accepted.
Staff Team
Kailum joined the Minehut staff team on April 28th, 2019 as a Junior Moderator. The staff team at the time was run by the Senior Moderator team, comprised of Motionq, BennyDoesStuff, Spazzs, and _Rascal. Junior Moderator was a trial position, which lasted 2 months. Those who passed would become a full Moderator, and those who failed would be removed from the staff team. On his first month, Kailum displayed impressive dedication, activity, and patience.
Kailum's second month was interesting. Most Junior Moderators during the time were barred from subteam access. However, Kailum's Junior Moderator wave was eventually granted subteam privileges since they were active when their current staff team underwent a major revamp.
The revamp included firstly, a new volunteer position was created called Manager, which Motionq, Spazzs, and BennyDoesStuff would assume the role of. Secondly, Senior Moderator became a subteam leadership position which any staff member including Junior Moderators were permitted to apply for. Kailum originally joined the Events team led by Ceppy.
